My coffee maker was sending the coffee into the tray instead of the cup. I checked out 'YouTube' for inspiration, took the thing apart, replaced the broken piece (that's where 'spares2repair' came in!), and bingo, it works again. Saved £££ on a new machine. Very grateful, thank you.
